“We put your children first... ”
Blossoms Day Nursery is a new Nursery in Corfe Mullen, offering childcare for children aged 3 months to 11 years. Your community nursery..... from the heart of the community. We are a small friendly nursery and aim to give a home from home feel to our families; offering individual tailored activities to suit all age and stages using traditional and recycled resources. We differ from other nurseries as we have the personal touch. By keeping our child numbers low and having a small team of amazing staff members around your child, you can guarantee that they will receive dedicated time and care that is specific to their needs.
We have incorporated the curiosity approach with the children's home environment to create learning spaces to suit all children and broaden their learning opportunities in a familiar homely environment. The staff create the learning opportunities through the environment using the children's interests, their personal daily observations of each child, parent influences, the knowledge of how he children learn best and the curriculum.
All your childcare needs one place, we provide flexi hours to suit your individual childcare needs all year round.
We are very excited to offer our fantastic online system that allows parents / guardians to access all aspects of your child’s learning with us, daily live feeds and photos at the click of a button, available at any time of the day or night from the comfort of your own home. This allows you the opportunity to get involved with your child’s learning and development. You can add photos from home. Exciting new moments can share be shared with us simply by logging on with your unique username and password. We have had some great feedback from parents who love to be able to see pictures of what their children have been doing during the day and contribute to their child’s development.
We love going out on walks locally, exploring the community and working closely with our local children’s centre to provide a range of new opportunities for your children. We love to access our outdoor play area everyday and in all weathers.
We continue to review and develop our setting to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained, we welcome our families views and opinions and are very excited to be apart of the #justquality accreditation and looking forward to working towards this over the next year.

Here at Blossoms Day Nursery we aim to give children every opportunity to thrive and get the most out of their learning with us. We believe children have the right to choose and be independent through having fun and learning with appropriate boundaries put in place to follow our positive behaviour policy. Positive praise equals positive behaviour.
We aim to bring something a little different from any other setting and this is to use more recycled resources; although we will still use ‘traditional’ toys and resources, we will be introducing natural and recycled goods within our activities and free play time too. This gives children the opportunity to stimulate their imaginations and allow them to make something out of the resources given.

“My 17 month old had been going to Blossoms Day Nursery for a few weeks now. When I looked at other nurseries they tried to impress me with computers, touch screens and how the children do computer based learning. I wanted my little girl to play and paint and get mucky whilst having a great time. This is exactly what she gets a Blossoms Day Nursery and more!!! She only needed 1 settling session as the girls made her feel right at home (which was another massive plus for me), the second day she was there she went off without a care that I left. They are an amazing team and I feel 110% comfortable with them looking after my little baby. I am so glad I found them. ”

“I am so glad that I chose Blossoms Day Nursery for my children. I have a son in the Owls room and a daughter in the Robins room. As a parent, there is nothing better than having complete trust in the people you leave your children with. My two both enjoy nursery and have bonded with the staff. The online diary system is great as it allows you to see what your children have been up to each day with lots of photos. The staff have been amazing, particularly with my son who has special needs, and have done everything they can to help him make progress. I cannot thank the staff enough and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. ”

“I can highly recommend Blossoms Day Nursery. My daughter has attended since she was 7 months and turns 3 in May. She loves attending the nursery and always arrives happy and ready to find out what exciting activities are on offer. Every day is different and stimulating for her and she always comes home with a long list of fun things she has been doing. I feel happy knowing that she is in safe hands whilst I am at work. The staff are all fantastic and it shows that they care about each individual child and go out of their way to meet their needs. My son starts at the end of the month and I know his journey with Little Rascals will be just as fun! ”

“I cannot recommend Blossoms Day Nursery as a nursery more highly - both my two sons (one 3-year-old in the Owls Room and a 22-month-old in the Robins Room) absolutely love it! They practically skip in at the beginning of the day and always have a big smile on their faces when they leave. Have been impressed with the variety of activities and crafts on offer - a big thank you to all the staff at Little Rascals who work so hard! I feel very confident that my boys will leave fully prepared for school life. ”
